Aufgaben:
* Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for PMO processes and toolchains
* Configure, customize, and optimize Jira and Confluence to support project and portfolio management workflows
* Create and maintain an PMO-AI strategy and AI use cases for the PMO Team and train the team
* Develop scripts, integrations, and connectors using REST APIs (Jira, Confluence, Office 365, etc.)
* Implement workflow automation across tasks and processes
* Maintain and enhance PMO tooling landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and usability
* Support users with tooling expertise, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
* Collaborate with PMO, IT, and engineering teams to translate process flows into technical solutions
* Keep up to date with industry PMO tooling trends
Qualifikationen:
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
* Experience in PMO environments, project management tooling, or enterprise tool administration is beneficial
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
* Advanced English and German language skills
* Experience with Office 365 automation & Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
* Experience with CoPilot, AI tooling
* Proficiency in scripting languages, Python preferred
