Your responsibilities
We’re looking for a Visual Designer who takes ownership of ALEMI’s visual execution and helps shape it further.
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on design, have a strong sense of aesthetics and brand, and use modern tools to work efficiently without compromising on quality.
Your responsibilities
* Ownership of ALEMI’s visual execution across all brand touchpoints
* Further development, maintenance, and consistent application of the ALEMI visual guidelines
* Conceptualization and hands-on creation of creatives for paid social ads (static, video, UGC cuts), website and campaign assets
* Ensuring a consistent, high-quality look across website, ads, social media, store screens and brand materials
* Creative direction for photo and video shoots, including look, visual language, and execution
* Close collaboration with Performance Marketing, Website and E-Commerce, Social Media, and the founder
* Translating performance feedback into new creative iterations and variations
* Thoughtful use of AI tools to support your work, for example for ideation, early visual concepts or moodboards, creative inspiration, and efficiency gains in daily production, always with strong quality control and human refinement
* Day-to-day guidance and feedback for a working student in the creative team
* Briefing, coordinating, and quality-checking external freelancers
* Structured asset organization, versioning, and quality assurance
Your profile
Experience and background
* Approximately 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in visual design, creative, or content
* Experience in a digital environment such as DTC, e-commerce, agency, or startup
* A portfolio that shows your ability to execute and evolve a brand visually
* Your job title matters less than your willingness to take ownership of creatives
Tools and skills
* Very confident working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Adobe Premiere Pro
* Experience creating paid social creatives, social media content, and website and campaign assets
* Curiosity and openness toward AI-supported tools in the creative process
* A structured, detail-oriented way of working with a high quality standard
