What you will do
Campaign Management and Marketing automation today covers both B2B and B2C. It is critical to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflows. It helps businesses run marketing campaigns, track customer behaviors, personalize communication, and optimize efforts across multiple channels like email, social media, and websites – in real time.
We are looking for a Campaign Management and Marketing Automation Solution Consultant
* Inspire customers to favor Adobe’s marketing automation portfolio (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, and Adobe Real Time CDP) solutions by developing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations.
* Exhibit thought leadership and drive innovative approaches to successfully lead engagements with consistency and minimal guidance. Lead complex discovery processes to uncover customer needs and challenges across strategic organizations.
* Demonstrate personal and ecosystem skills to create and deliver creative, inspiring, and leadership-level deliverables that show how Adobe solutions can solve business objectives and challenges.
* Establish relationships internally at Adobe and with customer points-of-contact up to C-Suite.
* Develop and communicate SC recommendations during calls, presentations, and readouts for strategic/DAX accounts.
* Establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert, actively providing expertise to customers.
* Effectively demonstrate how solutions address customer business challenges and manage solution evaluation processes.
* Manage ecosystem resources and have proficient knowledge of relevant technologies to position against competitors effectively.

How to be successful
* You are an authority on Customer Journeys, Campaign Management, or Marketing Automation, and related use cases are your expertise.
* You are passionate about leveraging data from any channel to deliver real-time personalized communication across the customer journey, based on a comprehensive 360-degree customer view. You possess strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies to position Adobe Journey Optimizer or Marketo across various industries.
* You have a blend of technical and digital marketing skills, with talent in crafting engaging presentations and delivering compelling software demonstrations.
* You are confident discussing solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels.
* Strategic understanding of Marketing Automation and CDP products in B2B and B2C contexts.
* Experience selling or implementing enterprise-class marketing automation solutions, preferably Adobe Marketo or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
* Previous experience with campaign management, customer journeys, and cross-channel marketing.
* Excellent understanding of digital technologies (web, mobile, CRM, media destinations, email, onsite personalization, IoT).
* Strong experience with business objectives of large corporations (DAX 30).
* +4 years of experience in digital business-driven companies.
* Excellent German & English skills, both written and spoken.
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Ability to listen, analyze, and solve business problems.
* Enthusiasm for digital applications (#wearecreative).
* Ability to work independently and take responsibility (#wetakeresponsibility).
* Strong teamwork skills and appreciation for collaboration (#wearehuman).
