The position As an Intern you will be responsible for supporting smooth People Operations in our Fulfillment Centers in Germany, located in Rangsdorf, near Berlin: Support with processing contract extensions, amendments, and employment role changes Support Onboarding and Exit management Support maintaining compliance and data quality Support with daily communication with our associates via Zendesk and Slack to their requests and thus make an important contribution to the happiness of our fulfillment associates as well as the growth of Hive Support in recruitment of associates Work closely with the Site Leads and Area Managers onsite, as well as the People FC Team Contribute actively to cultural initiatives such as events or team meetings Your profile We know - sometimes, you can’t tick every box.
