Join XALT as our Head of Delivery for the Atlassian & DevOps business in EMEA and shape the future of our AI-driven delivery organisation. In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Tasks
* Lead and manage our EMEA delivery teams for Atlassian and DevOps projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and delighted customers.
* Define and implement delivery processes and best practices across multiple teams and locations, embedding our AI-first approach.
* Collaborate with sales and consulting to scope and plan projects that meet client needs.
* Mentor and coach our consultants and engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
* Represent the delivery organisation in leadership meetings, providing insights and strategies for scaling and growth.
* Work closely with product, marketing and operations to align delivery capabilities with business goals and leverage AI for better outcomes.
Requirements
* A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
* 5+ years of experience in consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in IT or software.
* Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and DevOps principles.
* Demonstrated expertise (3–6 months) in using AI tools to enhance processes or projects.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams across EMEA.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities; able to build trust with clients and teams.
* Fluent in English and German.
* Interest in AI technologies and a desire to leverage them to improve delivery processes.
