Job Title R&D Leader ECG Algorithm (m/f/d) Job Description Your role: As a leader in the CAD R&D Measurements team, you will take charge of advanced development and product development for the ST/AR ECG Algorithm. With your expertise and commitment, you will drive innovative solutions that advance medical technology at Philips and help improve patient outcomes worldwide. Lead and inspire an international team of engineers in developing and maintaining the ST/AR ECG Algorithm Develop and implement a sustainable team strategy, including critical knowledge retention, succession planning and top-class engineering excellence in algorithm development Guide transformation process within the team and organization Take ownership for the safety, quality, and performance of the ST/AR Algorithm Manage strategic partnerships with ST/AR users inside and outside of Philips/HPM Manage change effectively and adapt to evolving project requirements, organizational priorities, and market dynamics Your Team: You will become part of the CAD R&D Measurements Development organization of the Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring business. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading software/algorithm development teams in the patient monitoring domain, preferably with a focus on physiological measurement parameters In-depth understanding of established workflows, organizational structures and processes in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) R&D Demonstrated expertise in change management, including implementing process improvements and navigating resistance to change Proven success with LEAN development methodologies, leading teams through fast-paced and iterative project cycles Experience managing and motivating international, cross-functional teams Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire teams and foster collaboration across departments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail and a results-driven approach Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences Fluent in English and German Leadership experiance 3 years as people manager How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
