* You will support colleagues in using their mobile devices.
* You will particularly support corporate management in using their iOS devices.
* You are responsible for maintaining the mobile phone database.
* You prepare mobile phone contracts.
* You are responsible for issuing end devices.
* You manage the administration of our MDM systems (optional).
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A completed degree in computer science or a comparable education as a specialist in information technology.
* Experience in dealing with business applications on mobile devices as well as understanding of contract handling for mobile phone subscriptions.
* Experience in dealing with iOS and Android devices, including Zero Touch and Knox Mobile Enrollment, as well as Apple Business Manager.
* Ideally experience in dealing with the ticket system Cherwell.
* Fundamental experience with iOS and Android devices (iOS priority).
* Knowledge in Active Directory / Entra ID as well as Enterprise Mobility Management (Intune or Ivanti Core).
