* Tactical and disciplinary management of dispatch teams and drivers within assigned areas

* Process optimization along the transportation chain in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements
* Multiple years of experience in the transport or logistics industry with management responsibility
* Experience in scheduling and managing truck fleets
