Tasks
At the end of your internship, you'll have built >3 new locations (car inspection centres) - from sourcing prime real estate to launching fully operational inspection hubs and onboarding first customers:
* Proactively scout and evaluate new locations across Bavaria, Hessen, NRW, and BaWü; negotiate competitive lease contracts with realtors. Focus on Frankfurt and Cologne.
* Manage the conversion of leased properties into state‑of‑the‑art tech-enabled inspection hubs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure on‑time openings.
* Provide agile support on ad‑hoc projects, addressing operational challenges at both existing and new sites.
* Embrace a mobile role, spending the majority of your internship on‑site & on-the-road and serving as a key driver of our expansion strategy.
* Enhance our operations by identifying site‑specific issues and collaborating with our headquarters team to implement tech‑driven solutions.
Requirements
* A true generalist who connects the dots across functions.
* An excellent multitasker with strong organisational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
* A proactive communicator and team player with a service mindset and high integrity.
* Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's (min. 4th semester) or master’s programme from a top-tier university.
* Fully fluent in German (C2) and a valid driver's license (B) is a must.
* Getting your hands dirty in an ops-heavy role is music to your ears.
* Experienced in fast‑paced environments is a plus (e.g., hypergrowth start‑ups, VC, growth equity, PE, investment banking, or strategy consulting) and capable of delivering high‑quality outcomes.
* Available for 3-9 months in Berlin/Nuremberg from Q1/Q2 '26.

* Compensation: EUR 2.6k/month. No matter your internship’s duration.
