Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for national and international roles across multiple business units
2. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure effective hiring strategies
3. Take full ownership of the interview and selection process until successful placement
4. Prepare, align, and negotiate employment offers and guide candidates through contract closure
5. Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the entire recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
6. Collaborate with HR interfaces, business units, and employee representative bodies ( works councils)
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements / Develop and implement target group-specific sourcing strategies
8. Utilize modern recruiting channels and active sourcing techniques / Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruiting events
9. Participate in national and international HR and recruiting projects / Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes
10. Coordinate external recruiting partners and service providers
11. Represent the company at career fairs, onboarding activities, and HR events
Profile
12. University degree in Human Resources or comparable qualification
13. Experience in end-to-end recruiting or executive search, ideally in an industrial environment
14. Experience working with employee representative bodies ( works councils) and collective agreements (preferred)
15. Initial exposure to international recruiting or global hiring processes
16. Strong knowledge of modern recruiting channels and active sourcing
17. Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
18. Strong analytical and candidate assessment skills
19. High level of interpersonal sensitivity and communication skills
20. Strong stakeholder management and engagement capabilities
