Zur Verstärkung unseres lokalen Finance-Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung / Controlling – keine Führungsposition.
Ihre Aufgaben:
* Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Sachkonten)
* Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
* Kostenrechnung und Kostenkontrolle im Produktionsumfeld
* Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen
* Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Banken
* Bearbeitung von Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
* Optimierung bestehender Finanz- und Controllingprozesse
Ihr Profil:
* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Buchhaltung, Controlling, BWL)
* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung oder im Controlling
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Rechnungswesens (HGB)
* Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und/oder SAP
* Erfahrung im produzierenden Gewerbe / Industrie von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) für die tägliche Arbeit
* Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Financial Accountant / Controller (m/f/d) – Manufacturing company Location: Anklam area, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania Type of employment: Full-time | Permanent Annual salary: approx. €45,000–60,000 gross (depending on experience)

To strengthen our local finance team, we are looking for an experienced specialist in the area of financial accounting/controlling – not a management position.
Your tasks:
* Ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts)
* Assistance with monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
* Cost accounting and cost control in the production environment
* Support with budget planning, forecasts, and variance analyses
* Collaboration with tax advisors, auditors, and banks
* Processing of advance VAT returns
* Optimization of existing finance and controlling processes
Your profile:
* Completed commercial training or degree (e.g., accounting, controlling, business administration)
* Several years of professional experience in financial accounting or controlling
* Very good knowledge of German accounting (HGB)
* Confident use of DATEV and/or SAP
* Experience in the manufacturing sector/industry is an advantage
* Very good German language skills (at least B2) for daily work
* Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
