Responsibilities
* Act as account manager for assigned customers in the assigned region languages
* Communicate actively with applicants certified customers providing necessary information addressing specific needs key accounts
* Oversight designated customers services applying assurance methods defined within respective scheme
* Analyse assessment reports or datasets support production insights conclusions
* Evaluate performance auditors assist ongoing enhancement assure consistency quality throughout process projects FLOCERT wide cross-functional context
