Job Title: Digital Supply Chain Coordinator
* Support the procurement team in digital new initiatives, including e-commerce and merchandising.
* Work closely with sales, IT, and marketing teams to ensure strategic material supply.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
* Involve in procurement projects for digital new initiatives testing and development.
* Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies.
Procurement Tasks:
* Manage databases, update prices, and create purchase orders.
* Follow up on deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Stakeholder Interactions:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and local procurement departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in Procurement, Digital, or Project Management.
* Proactive, curious, and able to maintain a positive attitude under stress.
Required IT Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Language Proficiency:
* Fluency in written and spoken English.
