Tasks and Requirements
Our tasks include:
* Expertise in building understanding and final processing of building permit applications
* Qualified building advice to building managers, municipalities, architects, structural engineers and other persons involved in the procedure
* Carrying out fire prevention inspections, building handovers and general building supervision and control tasks
* Evaluation and consultation on matters relating to building technology, building regulations law and fire protection
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A completed degree in architecture or civil engineering or a comparable field of study
* Independent, result-oriented and structured way of working
* Enjoyment of interacting with people, confident demeanor and team spirit
* Responsibility and good communication skills
* Good IT knowledge, especially in MS Office
