We're looking for a strategic Compensation and Benefits Manager to develop our total rewards strategy, shaping how we reward our employees as we enter the next phase of business growth.
Job Description
This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and drive our total rewards initiatives forward. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for conception, implementation, and management of compensation strategies that take into account both employee needs and support company goals.
You'll thoroughly understand and execute the compliance and regulatory landscape that governs variable remuneration, interacting with our Legal and Tax Team on implementation of regulatory required changes or updates.
* Manage our compensation cycles
* Manage compensation & benefits projects, benchmark analyses, job gradings, or job catalogs
* Analyze and further develop fixed and variable compensation systems
* Work closely with leadership to maintain and manage our company ESOP scheme, driving one of the most competitive ESOP allocations in our market
* Design, implement, and manage all compensation issues across the organisation, ensuring packages are constantly in line with market expectations and competitive
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 4 years in a Rewards role within a growing organization
* Experience developing rewards mechanisms from scratch
* Experience managing compensation cycles
* Management of company equity / ESOP plan
* Understanding of the Remuneration Regulatory environment
* Systems knowledge, understanding how to get the best out of the system, with particular focus on process efficiencies and data accuracy
* Collaborative approach, supporting on projects, the business stakeholders with day-to-day data requirements and understanding the business functions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining agile to balance the needs of the wider people team and business priorities
* High attention to detail and accuracy with Excel / Google Sheets skills
* Ability to story tell through the use of data; someone who has a real curiosity in analytics
