Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries.
* Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.
* Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands.
* Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.
* Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.
* Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.
* Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
* 3+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery.
* Strong communication and coaching skills.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
* Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Desirable Experience
* Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations.
* Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
