Transformative Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a charismatic leader with a proven track record in driving oncology sales teams to success. This role will be based in South Germany, requiring regular travel to our office in Munich.
About the Position
This leadership position involves developing and implementing national sales strategies as part of the DACH leadership team. The ideal candidate will optimize account management systems in collaboration with the sales excellence team in Zug and the DACH leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Strategy
o Develop a national sales strategy for the GER sales team.
o Implement and optimize KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies.
* Territory Management and Optimization
o Potential driven territory management for all sales territories.
o Quantitative and qualitative goal setting with Key Account Manager team.
* Collaboration and Relationship Building
o Foster strong relationships with national and regional Key Opinion Leaders together with the Director of Medical Affairs.
o Strengthen collaboration with experts in Gynecological Oncology, Oncology, Pathology, Urology, … to increase support for company strategy.
Requirements
* A minimum of significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience.
* A strong track record in selling complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
* Strong business acumen and interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experienced coach – develop a team of top performing sales experts.
* Flexibility to allow efficient coaching and KOL management.
* Clean GER driver's license.
