Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our Global Records and Information Management Organization (GRO) team. This role sits within Iron Mountain's Global Records and Information Management Organization (GRO), a revenue-driving commercial organization that focuses on developing, selling, and supporting solutions for customers in our regions.
Proactively Secure New Logos: Identify, prospect, and secure net new enterprise clients within defined priority sectors in Germany, consistently meeting and exceeding new business quotas.
Build deep, consultative relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders to lead the development and sale of tailored Information Management solutions, translating complex requirements into compelling value propositions.
Fluency in German and English is essential for effective client and internal collaboration.
