About this Position
Be part in the digital marketing and category management team DACH and support in implementing the digital strategy 2025 for the Consumer Adhesives business.
What you´ll do
* Help executing the project plan for online campaigns and content optimization (SEO) for different customers and support in the project management of our digital consumer advisor glooly
* Become an active part in planning and producing inspiring video content for social media (Meta, TikTok and Pinterest) and eCommerce
* Track and analyze dashboards, market data, financial KPIs and the performance of our activities and derive recommendations
* Support exciting client projects in category management, including optimizing shelf layouts and placement guidelines, analyzing assortment data
* Contribute innovative ideas to support category growth, with a strategic focus on shopper needs
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and market research to analyze shopper insights from various sources, support omnichannel shopper understanding, and derive actionable recommendations
* Continuously develop your skills through mentoring and hands-on project experience
What makes you a good fit
* Student who is pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business-related studies, preferably in marketing or digital marketing
* Practical or international experience, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad is beneficial
* Fluent in English and German language, both written and spoken
* Firm knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
* Team-player with high level of independence
* Highly motivated, high interest in social media and motivated to create content in front of the camera

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
