Creating presentations is a massive time sink for professionals — and a multi-billion-dollar market. At Zapdeck, we’re convinced that our product is the most innovative AI solution for building professional, on-brand presentations in a fraction of the time. Our agentic AI is specifically designed to meet the high standards of consulting, finance, business strategy, and similar fields.
We’re looking for a founding team member who combines the mindset of an entrepreneur with the skills of an experienced professional. You’ll take on broad responsibilities, have real ownership, and make a direct impact on our go-to-market strategy and company growth. This is a unique opportunity to build something from zero to one.
Tasks
As an early-stage startup, your role will be diverse and dynamic — spanning across marketing, sales, pricing, customer success, and operations. This is a unique opportunity to take over broad responsibility, work creatively, and have a visible impact. Your tasks will include:
* Acquire and engage customers: Generate leads, build relationships, and close initial deals with consulting and enterprise clients.
* Run outreach campaigns: Set up and optimize automated email campaigns and manage our referral partner program.
* Create high-quality assets: Develop sales decks, case studies, newsletters and marketing content to support outreach and brand building.
* Shape our strategy: Contribute to key decisions around pricing, go-to-market approach, and customer success initiatives.
* Represent Zapdeck externally: Attend conferences and industry events, and host online webinars to expand our network and generate opportunities.
* Build and lead a team: Hire and develop new team members once we raise our seed round.
Requirements
* 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
* Proven track record of winning deals with professional or enterprise clients
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
* Experience with CRM systems, automated outreach tools, and running campaigns
* Analytical and comfortable working with KPIs and optimizing processes
* Entrepreneurial mindset to make things happen in a fast-changing environment
* Based in Berlin or the surrounding area
* Availability to start quickly (ideally within ~1 month)
