The Corporate Real Estate Management division is responsible for the strategic development and planning of office buildings, production facilities, dialysis centers, and logistics sites worldwide. The goal is to ensure that all locations are designed in alignment with long‑term business objectives, sustainability requirements, and architectural standards. As Senior Manager Architecture & Site Master Planning, you will act as a strategic advisor for site development, combining capacity planning with architectural excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead global architecture and site master planning activities across B. Braun locationsPrioritize and manage international planning and construction projects, especially those tied to strategic initiativesReview project proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with corporate standards and strategic goalsDevelop and refine global planning and construction guidelines for B. Braun facilitiesApprove architectural concepts for selected major projects, ensuring consistency and complianceEnsure transparent reporting and documentation to support executive decision-makingCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Supply Chain, HR, Sustainability) and external architects and consultantsProvide strategic oversight for the procurement of planning and design servicesCreate site-specific master plans and assess the development potential of unused land or spaceConduct long‑term capacity analyses and scenario planning for production, logistics, and office spacesIntegrate ESG and energy efficiency principles into master planning and construction activitiesPromote innovative spatial concepts to optimize space utilization and cost efficiency Professional Competencies: Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a comparable fieldAdditional qualification in Real Estate or Project Management is a plusExtensive experience in site master planning, construction project management, and architectural design – ideally in an international industrial or corporate environmentStrong knowledge of global building codes, planning regulations, and sustainability standardsFluent in German and English, both written and spoken Personal Competencies: Strategic and conceptual thinker with a proactive approach to complex challengesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHigh level of personal responsibility and confident decision-makingStructured, analytical mindset with a solid understanding of processes and interdependenciesOpen to innovation and new planning methods and technologiesWillingness to travel internationally Benefits: Corporate networksCompany pension schemeMobility options, e.g. the B.
