As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales efforts and ensuring seamless internal processes.Your Key ResponsibilitiesYou will act as the primary point of contact for sales support and training on our product configurator.Drive definition, pricing, and quote generation for non-standard configurations.Collaborate with R&D and Marketing teams to conduct feasibility checks and design solutions.Test new configurator releases and set up new products.Support sales teams after new product releases.Optimize and improve internal processes.Coordinate customer inquiries and activities.Provide technical clarification and support for account managers.Assist in preparing customer projects, orders, and negotiations.Participate in key customer meetings.Track installed base and manage demos/assets.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Teamwork and collaboration.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.Fluent English language skills.
