Are you early in your HR career but passionate about digital transformation and systems improvement? This HR Process & Systems Analyst role offers the perfect blend of hands-on HR process work and exposure to SuccessFactors – within a collaborative, forward-thinking team.
This is your chance to partner closely with internal IT and HR stakeholders and support a major SuccessFactors rollout without needing deep technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and digitalisation
* Act as the liaison between HR teams and IT in shaping and communicating system requirements
* Collaborate with the internal SuccessFactors Consultant to help drive module rollout and adoption
* Contribute to reporting, compliance and training initiatives as systems and tools evolve
What We’re Looking For:
* Some experience in HR or HR-related projects, ideally with a focus on processes or systems
* Comfortable engaging both technical and HR stakeholders
* Exposure to SuccessFactors or another HRIS is a bonus – not essential
* Fluent German (C1 level) is required
