Your Tasks
* Leadership of the design, development, and end-to-end implementation of international leadership programs
* Ownership of flagship initiatives such as the Leadership Academy, ILP, and provision of support to the IMT as required
* Design and creation of high-quality, culturally relevant training content for global audiences
* Facilitation of leadership programs and workshops for mid- to senior-level participants
* Partnership with senior leaders for the integration of people development into business priorities
* Co-leadership of DE&I initiatives and assurance of the embedding of inclusive practices in all programs
* Monitoring of program effectiveness and recommendation of enhancements based on data analysis and feedback from surveys, NPP, and KPI tracking
* Project responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Ownership of the ILP
o Ownership of the Leadership Academy
o Management of the international L&D portfolio
o Let’s Oscar continuation and evolution
o Talent Management upskilling for leaders and alignment
o Support for the IMT program
o KPI tracking related to learning days
o Driving of the female leadership KPI
o Conducting needs analysis and development of new outcomes based on feedback
Your Profile
* Extensive expertise in Learning & Development and talent development
* Operation with a high degree of autonomy, often within larger or more complex program scopes
* Influence on behaviors, motivation, and attitudes
* Leadership in complex solution design, considering defined objectives, future requirements, and data analysis
* Ideally, over five years of experience in Learning & Development, alternatively in Talent Management or Organizational Development; international experience preferred, regional experience acceptable
* Proven track record in the end-to-end design and delivery of leadership programs
* Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging senior-level audiences
* Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
* Self-driven and proactive approach with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives
* Fluent English proficiency; German language skills are a plus but not required for this role
