As our first Post-Sales hire, youll take end-to-end ownership of the full customer journey - from technical onboarding to long-term success. If you enjoy working with data - cleaning, transforming, and turning it into something useful - this role is for you. Lead technical onboarding - Support customers in setting up their data, using simple scripts and tools (e.g. Python, Excel). Youll handle formats like CSV or geodata, but dont worry - this isnt a software engineering role. Be the face of atmio - Build strong, trust-based relationships across all levels - from field technicians to senior executives - by communicating with empathy, clarity, and credibility. Wrangle and refine customer data - Reshape, complete, and clean up raw datasets to make them ready for analysis and integration - even when they come in less-than-perfect condition. Own the full customer journey - Take end-to-end responsibility for all post-sales activities: onboarding, adoption, retention, account health monitoring - and spotting opportunities for upselling along the way. Youll coordinate these efforts like a project manager - ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and nothing falls through the cracks. You combine project management skills, technical curiosity, and a human touch - keeping both customer needs and data quality in focus. You are a strong communicator, organized, and excel at managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail Prior experience in a customer-facing, project-based role - ideally with a technical or data component (e.g. consulting) Basic knowledge of Python and confidence working with data in Excel (e.g. cleaning, transforming, reformatting datasets) Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple customer projects in parallel Fluency in German and English is essential
