What you´ll do
* Empower business users through the implementation of self-service analytics tools in the CRM
* Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for new features and data products
* Act as a vital link between stakeholder teams and technical developers throughout project lifecycles
* Cultivate the ability to assess project viability, strategic alignment, and scalability for digital initiatives
* Build expertise in creating intuitive data visualizations and fostering a data-driven culture
* Support the evaluation and prioritization processes that determine which digital solutions are developed and deployed
What makes you a good fit
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in marketing, business administration, digital business, data science, information systems, economics, communication or a related field
* Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Strong interest in CRM, digital marketing, digital strategy, systems and data analytics
* Familiarity with Excel and confidence in working with data
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and effective problem‑solving skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
