Working Student (m/f/d)
M&A / Strategic Planning

Tasks and Responsibilities
* Assist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures
* Perform financial and strategic business analysis, valuations, and industry research
* Support the preparation of presentations for top management
* Contribute to various strategic projects and presentations
Qualifications and Required Skills
* Enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, or a related field
* Previous work experience (internship or working student) in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance advisory would be an advantage
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
