Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support across operational and contractual topics
* Assist the sales team with pipeline management in Salesforce, including creating offers and additional agreements for assigned accounts
* Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and incident management via ServiceNow
* Lead the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey process
* Support internal, external, and customer audits
* Oversee monthly billing and account control for assigned customers
Skills/Must have:
* Completed commercial vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a service provider, in IT consulting or IT sales
* Strong knowledge of relevant tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
* Hands-on mentality with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer and service orientation
* Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
* Team player with persistence, performance focus, and flexibility
