We’re partnering with a global pharma manufacturer investing heavily into a growing site in Northern Germany (circa 1 hour from Bremen) .
This is a senior leadership opportunity, sitting on the Site Leadership Team, with full responsibility for a GMP production function that is scaling quickly and needs the right leader to take it to the next level.

What you’ll be doing
* Lead the entire production function in a GMP-regulated environment
* Sit on the Site Leadership Team, influencing strategy and direction
* Build structure, clarity, and performance across teams
* Develop and elevate production leaders and capability
* Drive capacity growth, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
* Ensure full GMP compliance, documentation, and production governance
What they’re looking for
* Strong GMP production leadership experience (pharma, biotech, Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, or similar)
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver performance in a regulated environment
* Experience at Site Leadership level, or ready to step into it
* A structured, decisive, solution-oriented leader
* Someone who can build, not just maintain
* MUST HAVE e xcellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
This could suit an existing Director, or a high-potential Production Unit Leader / Head of Production ready for the next step .
Location
Northern Germany, approx. 1 hour from Bremen
This is a rural location. Ideal if you prefer that lifestyle.
If you’re more city-based, a weekly commute is likely more realistic than daily travel .
Package
* €130K – €145K base
* 16% bonus
