We are looking for a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Ratingen, Germany.
This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe.
The ideal candidate will have experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe, a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, and minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the data center sector and other industries where UPS systems are required across Europe
* Manage existing accounts and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring the UPS systems are configured to meet their operational needs and future growth plans
* Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies
Requirements:
* Experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus
