Logistics Team Manager Role
As a Logistics Team Manager, you will oversee the smooth processing and movement of goods through our inventory management system.
The ideal candidate will have several years of professional experience in logistics environments, with initial experience in personnel management. A completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification in logistics is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the timely and order-compliant flow of goods from incoming goods to outgoing goods and handling.
* Carry out inventories and ensure accurate stock levels.
* Communicate effectively with operational shift managers, dispatch, scheduling, and customers to resolve queries and issues.
* Build sustainable relationships with customers and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
