* Evaluating and documenting technical issues raised by Dutch-speaking clients via phone and email
* Handling user concerns with a focus on speed, clarity, and satisfaction
* Reviewing incoming cases and ensuring accurate data tracking
* Supporting the client experience by offering reliable resolutions in every interaction
Ihr Profil
* Dutch at C2 level and English at B2 level
* Comfortable using digital tools and modern communication channels
* Affinity for both structured processes and customer-focused work
* Prior experience in a client-facing or support role is a plus
* Ability to manage time independently, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to changing needs
* Open to learning new technologies and contributing to continuous improvement
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset
