Service Manager - EV Charging - Germany
I'm looking to speak to a Service Manager who wants to join a growing company who are a global player across BESS and EV Charging.
This role is going to be crucial in the continued growth of my client, so we are looking to find the right individual to join the team and help expand their servicing offerings.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing the service team.
* Create and optimise the service processes.
* Provide technical after-sales service to customers (by phone/email).
* Identify key error patterns.
* Manage performance through KPIs.
* Report regularly into internal and external stakeholder.
For this role, there are multiple crucial skills, you must have to be successful, they include:
* Fluency in German.
* Strong English communication skills.
* Minimum of 1 year service experience in renewable energy.
* Technical understanding of EV charging..
