WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities at Group level and assist in the preparation of IFRS financial statements
* Perform detailed cost analysis of central Group functions and act as a business partner to cost center owners, providing financial transparency and insights
* Prepare management reports on Group financial performance, including variance analysis and key performance indicators
* Contribute to the preparation of Group budgets and forecasts, covering P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statement
* Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analyses as required
WHO YOU ARE
* Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
* Relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis in a corporate environment; alternatively, experience in external audit or management consulting at a Big Four company
* Strong understanding of financial statements and planning processes, with good IFRS knowledge
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like LucaNet or Power BI is a plus
* Analytical, hands-on, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
* Fluent in English; German is a plus
