Purpose of your Job
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in our Quality Assurance team at our site in Martinsried, you will actively contribute to the filing and archiving activities of paper-based documents, as well as data entry.
Your Responsibility
1. Print, scan, review, and organize quality-related records.
2. File and maintain both paper-based and electronic documents.
3. Support archiving activities within research and GMP environments.
4. Assemble and issue logbooks in compliance with documentation standards.
5. Support data entry into our electronic quality management system (eQMS).

What you need to succeed
6. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in quality management, teaching, science, IT, library science, or a related field
7. Good command in English, both verbal and written
8. Ability to work with due diligence
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
10. Work experience in Quality is a plus
11. Available to work 10–20 hours per week
