Beschreibung

If you see production as more than logistics and want to make a real impact on how games get made and how we work together, this role is for you. As a Producer on the Supremacy Franchise, you're a force multiplier for a fully-staffed, empowered team. Working closely with the Head of Product, you keep game teams and stakeholders aligned around a shared vision. You translate different perspectives into clear action, face challenges directly, and help the team work more effectively to deliver measurable, sustainable progress. You're the bridge between game teams, between strategy and execution, between today's realities and tomorrow's possibilities. Your job is creating the environment where the team does their best work. About the Supremacy Franchise The Supremacy Franchise has reached over 90 million players lifetime, with 2.2 million monthly active users and 300,000 concurrent commanders in peak campaigns. Our mission: deliver best-in-class strategy worlds that challenge, engage, and reward players over weeks, months, and years. You'll be producing one of four live titles: Comment start Supremacy: 1914, Supremacy: Call of War 1942, Supremacy: WW3, or Supremacy: Warhammer 40,000. Each game serves its own community, but you'll coordinate with producers across the Franchise to share learnings and maintain strategic alignment. Your game is your focus. The Franchise is your context. You own production for your title while staying connected to the broader vision. YOUR MISSION Prioritize the Right Work — Help the team focus on work that delivers value. Balance immediate needs with long-term priorities, managing dependencies to keep the project environment sustainable. Bridge Strategy and Delivery — Ensure the team's work aligns with the game's vision and strategic goals. Adapt plans as needed. Strike a balance that protects creative, commercial, and team health goals. Design Systems That Support Collaboration — Create lightweight, adaptable systems that reduce friction and scale with the team. Foster a culture where people feel safe to challenge ideas and improve how they work together. Steer Decision-Making — Support effective, timely decisions by shaping how and when they happen. Give the team the context they need to make informed choices close to the work. Drive Clarity Through Communication — Deliver the right information to the right people at the right time. Facilitate clear communication across business, creativity, technology, and player perspectives. Champion Continuous Improvement — Help evolve how we work. Drive improvements in methodologies, team structures, and workflows. Facilitate knowledge sharing across the Franchise so teams learn from each other. Clear the Path and Foster Ownership — Support a culture where decisions are made close to the work by providing context, clarity, and trust. Remove obstacles that block progress. Support sustainable productivity gains and help the team improve over time while sustaining wellbeing. YOUR BACKSTORY Several years of experience with mobile game development, live ops, and publishing games on multiple platforms. Deep expertise in game production processes, with a strong understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic approach to overcoming production challenges. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards success. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships. ABOUT TOOLS We expect proficiency with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, but here's the truth: tools serve the team, not the other way around. Your job is to help us push boundaries, bend systems to our needs, and challenge how we work when something creates friction. We're looking for someone who actively shapes our collaborative culture, not just maintains it. NICE TO HAVE Experience with hybrid, remote, and multi-location game development teams.
