People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Frontend Engineer – Real-Time Robotic Interfaces.
Your duties will include:
* Develop frontend applications for controlling UAVs and visualizing sensor/telemetry data
* Implement and maintain performant UI components using React (or similar frameworks) and TypeScript
* Work with backend teams to ensure seamless API and WebSocket integration
* Translate UX/UI designs into functional, real-time applications
* Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
* Optimize performance for demanding real-time scenarios
* Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
* Participate in agile workflows, including feature planning and testing
Requirements that must be met:
* 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
* Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web frameworks (React, Web Components, etc.)
* Solid understanding of web architecture, rendering pipelines, and state management
* Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data visualization
* Familiarity with backend systems and API integration
* Ability to design clean, reusable, testable components
* Strong debugging and optimization skills
* Very good English and Polish
Nice to have:
* Experience in robotics, sensor data, or control systems
* Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, MobX)
* Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
* Backend experience (Node.js or equivalent)
* Interest in user-focused design and real-world interaction systems
