EPAM is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to drive growth in our Cyber Security practice. The ideal candidate is hungry for success and passionate about building strategic relationships. Experience in financial services or life sciences is highly desirable as EPAM has significant footprints in these industries. You will join a global leader in digital transformation and innovation, helping clients navigate complex security challenges.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business development strategies to expand EPAM’s Cyber Security offerings
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
* Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to shape solutions that address client needs
* Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
* Represent EPAM at industry events, conferences and client meetings
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives
Requirements
* Proven track record in business development or sales within Cyber Security services
* Strong network of contacts in financial services or life sciences sectors is highly desirable
* Deep understanding of Cyber Security solutions, trends and challenges
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a global team
* Results-driven mindset with a hunger for success
* Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or related field; advanced degree preferred
