As an Administration Specialist your main focus will be to support accounting quality, compliance with tax and accounting law by correctly applying internal control rules. As your Manager will supervise all the "Procure to Pay" and "Order to Cash" processes, you will support the proper management of administration issues such as receivables and payables.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supporting receivables and payables accounts, billing and invoicing, as well as client’s credit analysis, aging preparation, payment analysis and reconciliation
• Supporting general, suppliers and clients administration activities, posting on fixed asset, on inventory movements and other related activities
• Generating reports by financial systems and completing related work as apparent or assigned
• Conducting monthly closures by the respective deadlines as defined by Group reporting standards
• Providing support in the execution of Plant related Group assets’ inventory activities according to the Group guidelines
• Supporting the team in audit related activities, credit and treasury management areas
• Professional, technical and administrative work by producing financial reports and monitoring grants
• Collecting data for studies and reports
Who we are looking for:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles
• Experience gained in FMCG company with plants and factories
• Knowledge and strong interests in financial analysis preparation, accounting, planning, taxes, or administration preferred
• Fluency in English
