Your Responsibilities – Challenge Meets Responsibility:
1. You prepare orders and process them professionally within your area of responsibility
2. As a technical leader, you supervise the team in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflows
3. You act as an interface between the specialist department, scheduling, and team management, ensuring the necessary resources such as personnel and materials are available
4. With your technical knowledge and innovative mindset, you drive improvements in processes and machinery in your area
5. Outside of campaign phases, you also contribute your expertise to other operational processes within the department
Your Profile – Competence Meets Personality:
6. Completed vocational training in the agriculture sector, machine and plant operation, or a comparable field
7. Several years of professional experience in plant breeding or an industrial environment
8. Experience in machine operation, ideally in the area of application technology, as well as with digital warehouse management systems
9. Confident handling of MS Office
10. Reliable and results-oriented working style combined with strong communication and organizational skills
11. A sense of responsibility, flexibility, and a strong innovative spirit for digital solutions
12. Fluent German and basic English skills
