Associate Software Engineer (C# / .NET)
Remote (Germany) | Frankfurt
I’m partnering with an established, international software company that builds mission-critical systems used worldwide. They’re hiring an Software Engineer to contribute to a large, long-term software platform that underpins their core products.
This is a hands-on engineering role offering exposure to complex systems, strong technical mentorship, and clear progression toward senior-level responsibility over time.
What you’ll do
* Design and implement new functionality within a large-scale software platform
* Maintain and improve existing code with a focus on reliability and maintainability
* Participate in code reviews and learn from senior engineers
* Debug and resolve technical issues with support when needed
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in code quality, tooling, and processes
* Collaborate closely with experienced engineers across the team
What they’re looking for
* Commercial experience with C# / .NET
* Experience working on non-trivial or production software systems
* Interest in building and maintaining complex, long-lived applications
* Willingness to learn, take ownership of tasks, and grow technically
* Exposure to C++ is a plus, but not required
* Fluent in English or German
