Your mission
* You will help shape our data-driven organization, by being the interface between the data team and our performance teams
* Rapidly construct, and iterate on dashboards and other visualization tools
* Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate your data insights and contributions (in written, verbal and presentation form)
* Creatively analyze data to generate insights that support business decisions and identify new opportunities
Your profile
* You have 3-5 years experience as a Data or BI Analyst in fast-paced and dynamic environments
* You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject with a proven track record in data - e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering
* Proven track to transform large amounts of complex data into insights by leading the end-to-end creation of intuitive data products
* Expert in querying and manipulating data sets using SQL and Python and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker (or similar tools)
* Comfort with ambiguity and translating abstract business questions into actionable insights and high impact data products
* Experience in business units such as Commercial / Sales or Retail / Warehousing is a plus
* You are a self-starter who thrives under a high level of autonomy
* You are a team player and focus on bringing the best out of your team
* Excellent English communication skills
