Monitor inventory levels and production requirements, ensuring a proactive and strategic approach to supply planning. Work closely with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Product, and FSQA to align on priorities, updates, and exception handling. Drive waste reduction by closely tracking delivery details (e.g., BBD, oversupply) throughout the week, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable corrective measures. Manage errors with a focus on minimizing customer impact, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution, and compensation when required. Track and report on supplier performance, turning insights into actions that strengthen compliance and partnerships. Champion process optimization by developing and embedding long-term, sustainable solutions. Responsible for indirect purchasing - ensuring continuous production and operational efficiency.
