About the position
Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor, residential, and professional applications. We are on a growth journey – now looking for HR Generalist / Personalreferent to support our HR team at the Krautheim site.
Your main responsibilities
· Advising and supporting employees and working closely with managers and plant management on all HR-related, employment law and organizational topics - as a competent sparring partner
· Independently lead meetings with employees
· Trust-based cooperation with the works council
· Communicating important information to employees and providing support for events and campaigns
· Support with HR administration activities throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to the end of employment
· Creation, evaluation and analysis of HR statistics
· Initiating, developing, coordinating and implementing HR projects within the Dometic Group
· Support and advice as part of talent and performance management
