About the position As a key member of our team, you will develop subsystem architectures and system-level documentation. You will act as a liaison between systems engineering and hardware design teams to ensure compliance with system requirements and subsystem functionality. Responsibilities include: Developing subsystem architectures, including subsystem breakdowns and evaluating architectural options for Tx and Rx signal chains. Coordinating technical solutions with various stakeholders, assessing and managing technical risks. Defining requirements for subsystem components such as high-resolution ADC modules and FPGA controllers, ensuring compliance with standards. Reviewing and approving subsystem designs to support development. Aligning solutions with platform roadmaps for future reuse. Collaborating with customers on requirements and design reviews. Executing integration tests and verification on subsystem level in modern laboratory facilities. About you You thrive in a dynamic, project-driven environment, working independently and collaboratively. You embrace continuous learning and can handle multiple R&D activities simultaneously, balancing immediate tasks with structured project plans. Your CV should include: A university degree in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field, preferably with specialization in digital hardware engineering for RF/MW applications. An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex challenges holistically. Experience in designing digital and/or mixed-signal circuitry from concept to layout and verification. Skills in hardware modeling and simulation. Knowledge of regulatory requirements for radio, safety, and EMC.
