Support and consulting for international existing long-term customers in the implemented SAP applications and related business processes
• Handling of customer inquiries in accordance with ITIL-based support processes and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Support the further development of SAP IS-OIL solutions through professional consulting, testing, and quality assurance
• Execution of 2nd-level support for SAP products within the SAP partner agreement, in close collaboration with SAP and internal development teams
• Transition of implementation projects into the support organization
Professional experience in the SAP environment (SD/MM)
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Good command of English, German language skills desirable
