Tasks
* Advising on M&A deals, particularly private equity and exit transactions
* Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings, convertibles, and secondaries
* Corporate transformations and reorganisations
* Capital markets work, stock corporation law, and IPO readiness
* Structuring employee participation schemes
Requirements
* Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
* Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions
* Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
* Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem
* Team spirit, self-initiative, and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
* Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to a growing practice
