About the Role
This position involves technical responsibility and third-level support for SAP HR Success Factors Recruiting module. You will be responsible for designing and delivering process and system trainings, as well as serving as sub-project lead for international HR IT projects.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Technical responsibility & third-level support for SAP HR Success Factors Recruiting module
2. Designing and delivering SF process and system trainings for internal target groups
3. Serving as sub-project lead for international HR IT projects
4. Supporting vendor selection in collaboration with the IT department
5. Developing and implementing change management initiatives
6. Driving People Analytics across all Success Factors modules (e.g. current-state analysis, creation of dashboards)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, ideally as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
* Experience with SAP HR SuccessFactors Recruiting and/ or Analytics
* Project management knowledge, preferably with certification
* Strong affinity for HR processes and systems
* Authentic and business-fluent communication skills in English, German would be beneficial
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of data analytics and technology
