Project Management Office (PMO):
1. Responsible for the continual enhancement of a dedicated project management framework aimed at standardizing project and portfolio management practices.
2. Coordinate and support the implementation of the framework across the team, ensuring alignment and adoption.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
4. Ensure the departmental roadmap is up-to-date and effectively communicated to (senior & leadership) stakeholders.
Project & Product Management Support:
5. Provide comprehensive support for project management activities, including updating project plans, tracking open points, creating user stories, scheduling meetings, and more.
6. Take ownership of the process for requesting new projects, ensuring efficiency and obtaining necessary approvals before presenting requests during Steering Committee meetings.
7. Assist in in Project related procurement and communication with partners.
8. Support Project related cost controlling and budget management.
Service Desk Management Support:
9. Proactively review issues and service requests related to digital applications, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
10. Assist in defining preventive and corrective action plans to improve service reliability and user satisfaction.
11. Monitor SLA’s Dashboard creation, using modern solutions (e.g. Atlassian, monday.com)
You should have the following qualifications:
12. Enrolled student in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or related fields
13. Theoretical knowledge of professional program & project management
14. Initial experience with program & project management will be helpful
15. Passionate about technology with a curious, self-learning mindset
16. Conscientious, pro-active and self-directed, with the ability to cover multiple tasks in parallel
17. Solution oriented, structured and organized working method
18. Strong sense of responsibility and hands-on mentality
19. Good knowledge in MS Office and fluent English and German (oral and written)
20. First experience with Atlassian (JIRA or comparable) will be helpful
