We’re looking for a Senior UX & Content Writer to own written communication across our customer experience, from product flows and account UX to emails, landing pages, educational content, and long-form storytelling.
This role sits in the Brand team, reporting to the Director of Brand & Product Marketing, and works very closely with Digital Product, CRM, and Acquisition, making it ideal for someone with a strong UX writing background who also enjoys shaping content throughout the entire customer journey.
You’ll help turn product and brand direction into clear, human language, playing a key role in transforming every into a truly content-driven, user-centric brand.
What you'll do
Own UX writing across the customer journey
* Craft UX copy for:
* account dashboard
* subscription management
* onboarding and retention flows
* empty states, guidance, and system messages
* Ensure clarity, consistency, and tone across all product touchpoints
* Work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve user experience through language
Turn product and brand direction into clear, human language across product flows, emails, and web content
* Turn brand and product marketing direction into clear, convincing copy
* Shape how product value and “feeling better” are communicated — without health claims or jargon
* Collaborate with Brand and Product on campaigns and launches to ensure messaging lands across touchpoints
Write across key content surfaces
* Write engaging, conversion-oriented website and landing page copy
* Create impactful CRM content (emails, lifecycle messaging)
* Develop customer education content: guides, articles, and branded materials
* Ensure a cohesive voice across UX, marketing, and education
Support editorial, SEO & content systems
* Write long-form blog content aligned to brand themes and search intent
* Participate in keyword research and SEO/G/AEO strategy
* Refresh and optimize existing content
* Upload and maintain content in our headless CMS (Sanity)
* Help build structured content systems (library, taxonomy, workflows)
Who you are
A highly skilled writer
* Experience writing content for DTC emails, landing pages, UX copy, SMS, educational content, and long-form articles.
* Deep understanding of tone, structure, and customer and user motivations.
* Strong English (C2), can write English-first with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance.
* Native German also with excellent grammar, clarity, and nuance.
SEO-competent
* Comfortable with keyword research, content clustering, and search intent.
* Skilled in on-page optimization and metadata.
* Familiar with schema basics (FAQ, article markup).
* Able to monitor performance and spot improvement opportunities.
Comfortable with complexity
* Loves managing many content surfaces at once.
* Strong in structuring information and designing workflows.
* Enjoys shaping content systems, not just writing.
* Able to thrive with ownership and autonomy.
Experienced
* 5–8+ years in content writing, content management, or SEO-focused editorial roles.
* Ideally in DTC, wellness/health, subscription, ecommerce, or consumer tech.
* Experience with headless CMS (e.g., Sanity) is a plus but not required.
